We will come out twice per year (spring and fall) to
inspect your system and perform factory recommended procedures to keep your system safe and effcient.

The same is true with your air conditioning system. Periodic inspections and tune ups will prolong its' life and ensure your system is working at optimum efficiency.
One of the leading causes of air conditioning break downs, poor performance, and reduced efficiency from your system is inadequate maintenance. If you allow your air filter and air conditioning colis to become dirty, the air conditioning system will not cool properly, and the compressor and/or fans are likely to fail prematurely. Air conditioner electrical controls, filters, coils, and fins require regular maintenance for the unit to function efficiently and effectively throughout its service life.
Neglecting necessary regular maintenance of your cooling and heating system will ensure a steady decline in your systems performance while energy use steadily increases.
With an All Year Cooling and Heating Residential Shield of Protection Agreement you will recieve the following benefits and services:
- All air filters cleaned and inspected
- Air cooled condenser(s) cleaned and inspected
- All motors and bearings lubricated
- Evaporator coil(s) checked
- All moving parts lubricated
- Refrigerant level checked
- Check refrigerant pressures (add up to 1 pound, included)
- Check heat exchanger for cracks
- Check gas/oil efficiency (furnaces)
- Drain pan and drain lines checked
- All belts adjusted where aplicable
- Operating pressures and power consumption monitored
- All safety controls cleaned and adjusted
- Moisture in system checked where applicable
- Oil level in compressor checked where applicable
- All elctrical controls cleaned and adjusted properly
- Blowers checked
- Treat condensate pan with algae tabs
- All replacement parts and air filters willl be discounted 10%
- Provide a written summary report indicating work accomplished during inspection and recommendations of any additional work that should be done
- Priority Service and 10% discount on service parts
