Permitting Department

Permits are a very serious matter for consumers to be aware of.  They are a necessary mechanism to insure work to their home or business is done safely and properly.  The process can be arduous at times, as that building codes and their interpretation can vary from one municipality to another.  That’s why All Year Cooling and Heating has a Permitting Department that’s only function is to see the process through from the start of a project to the final inspection.

We will be posting monthly reports of our completed and finaled permits as well as submitted permits in an effort to keep our customers and community informed of our compliance with state and local regulations.
