I recently purchased a Trane XL19i from your company and had it installed last week.

I wanted to personally write to you and tell you how pleased I am with our new unit.  The quietness of this system is unbelievable.  I never imagined being able to stand next to the outside compressor and talk on the telephone.  More importantly, I must tell you how pleased I am with the honest and professionalism of your salesman, Jerry Brandom, as well as the two installers (Nixon and the other young gentlemen who’s name escapes me).  They did a wonderful job and were very polite.
Without a doubt, I will recommend your company to my friends and neighbors.
