Dear Mr. Smith:
About 2 months ago I have procured your company services to hvae an a/c unit installed in our Coral Springs residence. I will not go into the issues surrounding the initial installation, just leaving it at there were some problems that were, to my thinking, resolved pretty quickly. Approximately, 60 days after the installation the unit backed up due to prior issues that I was not aware of pertaining to the installation that I will not go into as that is not the reason for my letter!
I had contacted your office the following morning as to the back up issue and, per the norm; we received absolutely stellar attention from Mr. Dixon, your installation manager. Mr. Dixon had two a/c unit installation professionals; I call them the James & Dave show, at our residence by 9:30 that same morning. I only expected them to come to the residence, blow the system and be out the door. Well, they completely re-did the job (4 hours) as they felt it was not up to All Year Cooling and Heating standards.
Well, needless to say, I was in shock as the standard thought process with providers of such services is once they have the money, we will get to you when we get to you. I can assure you, as we have one of our other two units that need to be replaced, All Year Cooling and Heating is our company. When we speak to anyone, we will go out of our way to recommend your company. As a business owner myself in FL for the past 29 years,
I belive this kind of attention and service is something that all business owners can leam from! It has definitely impacted me as to how I should treat my customers. Again, thank you and also a special thanks to Mr. Dixon, and the James & Dave show. Very fortunate to have such individuals representing your company!
