My wife and I want to take the time to thank you for quoting our complete residential system.  We were very pleased with the manner in which your company conducted business.  Often customers are quick to complain, but rarely do they take the time to properly thank some for excellent customer service.

Our phone calls were returned promptly, even after normal business hours.  We promptly received your estimates for various system configuration, and you had the official quote faxed to us before noon the next morning.  We also found your BBB rating information to be an added comfort, especially when doing business from out of state on our rental property.

We will be sure to recommend your company to others who ask “who can I trust, for Air Conditioning Service”.
