Thank you for sending out the best crew you had to take care of my air air conditioning nightmare!  The crew – W.C., Darren, Phillips, and Bally were the most professional and courteous workers.  There were others in and out who I don’t know by name – even your delivery person was personable!  I work as a service evaluator for various restaurants and stores where I have to critique the food and/or service, so. I couldn’t restrain myself here!  When you are so well representatives with your crews out in the field – I thought you’d want to know

As you know, it took me a long time to get my air conditioner replaces but it was worth the wait to have such a professional team who knew how to take care of the problems.  Thanks again, and let them know how much we appreciated their hard work.
